Patrician Military Housing was one of the first privatized housing partnerships established in 2001. We are located on a joint reserve base and proudly serve all branches of the military. Our parent company, Patrician Management, LLC has been in the multi-family housing industry for over 86 years.

Other Pets Allowed: Small caged birds are allowed. Service Animals Accepted. Please contact us for our Service Animal Policy.
Max Number of Pets: 2
Pet policy: $250 refundable deposit with certified veterinarian's letter stating that the pet has been neutered or $200 refundable deposit when cats are neutered and declawed.
Breed Restrictions: Chow, Doberman Pincher, Akita, Pit Bull, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, American Bulldog to include any mixed breeds. Pet fees and deposits vary.
